At KUIU, we stand behind the performance of our gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your next hunt. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items in original condition within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Select Exchange or Refund

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your gear for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the gear is in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
